In most cases traizr will be able to recognise the courier from the native code and add it automatically. If the courier cant be found, it can be selected from a list.
traizr is fully compliant with GDPR regulation and data protection.
The only data required to notify your recipient, is a name and an email address.
With traizr Enterprise, this data can also be anonymised should a recipient leave, whilst keeping analytic data and delivery reports.

With traizr, there ar e many ways to add information to the delivered parcel.
You can add pictures directly from the mailroom device camera to show the parcel, and any other information that might help identify the mail or possible damage to the mail in transit that can be used evidentially later in the cycle.
Notes can also be added to remind you or the recipient of important information about the delivery.
We have added the ability for the recipient to collect their mail without any contact with staff.
The recipient email will contain a secure QR code that can be presented to and scanned by the mailroom operative.
This will release the post items without the need for a signature or for the recipient to touch the mailroom device.

This also allows us to auto populate the courier company name and associate it with the parcel and the audit data.
if the courier cant be found, you are still able to add it manually.
