Traizr is an excellent product that easily meets all of the GDPR requirements. The solution is scalable to fit all budgets and sizes of organisations. As the requirements have developed, Traizr has similarly developed the service, no matter how big or small the customisation. As with any product that undergoes development, there has been requirement for customer support. This customer support has been phenomenal with most issues addressed in less than 10 minutes. Overall, I would fully recommend Traizr to anyone that is considering a mail room solution.

Traizr is reliable and is coping very well with the volume of packages we take in on a daily basis for staff. traizr is especially tested over the Christmas period. We now use traizr to photograph each individual with their delivery upon collection. If someone picks an item up for a colleague we use an image as proof of collection.
