Traizr SMS Terms
Traizr Parcel Notifications
Traizr sends transactional SMS notifications to people who are registered to receive parcels and mail through an organisation (such as a university, student accommodation provider, residential building, or business mailroom) that uses Traizr. When you opt in, you will receive messages about parcels and mail addressed to you, for example when an item arrives, is ready for collection, or has been delivered or collected. Messages relate only to your own parcels; we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Cancelling the service
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP”, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to start receiving messages again, ask your organisation to re-enable notifications for your number, or opt back in the same way you did originally.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies and depends on parcel activity (for example, when a parcel arrives, is ready for collection, or is delivered). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
