Traizr connects to the systems you already run
A mailroom is only as good as its recipient list. Traizr reads people and their rooms straight from your student, property or business system, so nobody is maintaining a spreadsheet of who lives where.
- 12 connectors
- Read-only
- Scheduled sync
Every parcel problem eventually traces back to the list. Somebody moved room in November and the mailroom copy still says B12. A student withdrew in week three and is still receiving notifications. Three hundred new residents arrived in a fortnight and the export that was supposed to cover them was a week out of date on the day it landed.
A connector removes that failure mode by making your source system the single answer to "who is this for, and where are they?". Traizr reads it on a schedule. Nobody exports anything, and nobody has to remember to.
Every connector is read-only. Traizr reads the records it needs to build a recipient list and never writes back into your student, property or business system.

Planned integrations
These are not available yet. They are listed so you can see where we are going, and tell us if one of them is the one you need.
-
Microsoft 365
Planned. Recipient directory sync from Microsoft 365, so staff joiners and leavers reach the mailroom without a separate list.
-
Azure AD
Planned. Deeper directory-driven user provisioning and sign-in for Traizr accounts.
-
Google Workspace
Planned. Recipient sync from Google Workspace directory for organisations that do not run Microsoft.
-
ServiceNow
Planned. Raise and update ServiceNow records from mailroom events, for facilities teams already running on ServiceNow.
Not using any of these?
Most systems can still feed Traizr. If yours can publish a CSV or XLSX file to a URL, the generic CSV connector handles it, and secure SFTP import works the same way for systems that push rather than publish. Beyond that there is a REST API and webhooks for teams that would rather build the link themselves.
It is also fine to start without any of it. Plenty of sites import a list once, get the mailroom running, and connect a system later once they can see what the sync needs to cover. The product tour covers what the rest of the platform does, and mailroom software integrations looks at the wider picture.
Questions people ask
What does a Traizr integration actually do?
It keeps your recipient list current. Traizr reads people, and where they sit, from the system you already maintain, so a parcel scanned at the door is matched to a real person in a real room without anyone rekeying a list.
Does Traizr write anything back into our system?
No. The connectors are read-only. Traizr reads the records it needs to build a recipient list and never writes into your student, property or business system.
What if our system is not on this list?
Most of them can still be handled. Any system that can publish a CSV or XLSX file to an HTTPS URL works through the generic CSV connector, and secure SFTP import is available too. If you have a REST API, talk to us.
How often does the recipient list refresh?
On a schedule you set. Sites with high turnover, like student accommodation in September, tend to run it more frequently than an office with stable staff.
Is this included or an extra?
Connectors are part of the platform rather than a bolt-on product. What varies is the setup work, which depends on how your source system is configured, so it is worth a conversation rather than a guess.
