Does Traizr require any specialist hardware?
No. Traizr runs on any iOS or Android smartphone or tablet. The admin platform works in any web browser. There is nothing to buy, nothing to install on-site, and no specialist scanning hardware required.
How long does it take to go live?
Most organisations are fully operational within a few days of onboarding. The Traizr team handles setup and training, and the platform is configured to your building’s workflow before your team picks it up.
Can Traizr manage multiple buildings from one account?
Yes. All sites are visible from a single dashboard, with individual configuration available per building. You can manage different teams, workflows and reporting across every location without separate logins or systems.
Where is data hosted?
Customers choose from EU, UK or Asia hosted infrastructure. All data is GDPR compliant and stored securely in the region you select.
What happens to items that are not collected?
Uncollected items stay in the system until they’re picked up. You can set automatic reminders so recipients are chased up, and nothing sits indefinitely at reception.
What is SecureLink?
