What to ask every vendor
The same five questions separate these products faster than any feature grid.
- How many times does an item change hands before it reaches the recipient? If the answer is more than once, ask whether every handover is recorded or only the first and last.
- What counts as proof? A notification is not proof. Ask what is captured at collection, and whether it can be produced months later in a dispute.
- What happens across buildings? One reception desk is easy. A campus, a portfolio or several countries is where systems diverge.
- Which languages does the recipient see? Not the admin console, the message that lands with the person collecting the parcel.
- What does it need installing? Ask about hardware, IT project time and what happens if a device fails on a Monday morning.
Traizr answers these on proof of delivery, multi-site mailrooms, recipient languages and what it takes to run. Put the same questions to everyone else.
