Method
How these figures are measured
Each service is checked every five minutes from outside our own network by an independent third-party monitoring provider, so the result does not depend on Traizr infrastructure being healthy enough to report on itself. A check fails if the service does not return a successful response.
Uptime is the percentage of checks that succeeded in the period. An outage shorter than the gap between two checks may not be recorded, so treat these figures as a close measure rather than an exact one.
A period is only shown once a service has been monitored for the whole of it. A service added recently will show its shorter periods first, with the longer ones appearing as they are genuinely measured, rather than reporting a perfect record for time nobody was watching.
Pre-production and internal environments are monitored separately and are deliberately not published here.
