Traizr is proud to be a winner of the Leader award from SourceForge, the world’s largest software reviews and comparison website.
October 6, 2026 - Traizr, the mailroom management and internal mail tracking software from Decoded Group, announced today that it has been awarded the Fall 2026 Leader Award by SourceForge in the Mailroom Management Software category. SourceForge is the world’s largest B2B software review and comparison website, with nearly 20 million in-market B2B software buyers each month. The award recognises companies and products with a high volume of recent, excellent user reviews that place them in the top 5% of highly reviewed products on SourceForge.
How the Leader award is decided
To win the Fall 2026 Leader award, each winner had to receive enough highly rated user reviews to place its product in the top 5% of favourably reviewed products, out of the 100,000 products listed on SourceForge.
The award is based entirely on reviews written by the people who use the software. For Traizr, those reviews come from the mailroom, reception and facilities teams who use it every day. At the time of writing, Traizr holds an average rating of 5.0 out of 5 on SourceForge.
What Traizr does
Traizr logs every parcel and letter when it arrives, notifies the recipient automatically and records who collected it, with a signature and timestamp. Every item has a full audit trail from the front desk to the person it was meant for.
Offices, universities, student accommodation providers, hospitals, law firms and government buildings use Traizr to replace paper logs and spreadsheets. Traizr has been helping organisations manage their mailrooms since 2013. You can read more about our mailroom management software or see the full list of features.
Thank you to our users
This award comes from our users, so thank you to every customer who took the time to write a review. Your feedback also shapes what we build next.
