Traizr now connects to Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow. Both integrations are live today and keep your mailroom recipient list in step with the system your organisation already uses for its people.
October 12, 2026 - Two new integrations are available in Traizr from today: Microsoft 365 with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and ServiceNow. Both are set up by an administrator from Integrations in the Traizr admin dashboard.
Who it helps
Most IT and facilities teams already keep an accurate list of their people in one central place. For many organisations that is Microsoft 365. For others it is ServiceNow. The mailroom, meanwhile, often keeps its own list, updated by hand or from an occasional export.
These integrations remove that second list. The mailroom works from the same people data as the rest of the organisation.
That is useful anywhere staff change often: offices and headquarters, hospitals, universities and organisations with several sites.
What it saves
When a mailroom list is maintained by hand, two problems keep coming back. New starters cannot be found at the desk because nobody has added them yet. Leavers keep receiving parcel notifications because nobody has removed them.
With a directory sync, new starters appear in Traizr and leavers drop off as your directory changes. Nobody has to update the mailroom by hand, and parcels are matched against a current list.
Nothing changes at the desk. Staff scan and hand over parcels exactly as before. The only difference is where the recipient list comes from.
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
The Microsoft 365 integration keeps recipients in sync with Microsoft Entra ID, the directory behind Microsoft 365. It brings across the names and email addresses of active staff and includes only enabled members by default. Organisations on Microsoft’s government clouds are supported. ServiceNow
The ServiceNow integration keeps recipients in sync with ServiceNow users. Your team decides which ServiceNow fields carry the recipient’s name, email address and location, and which users are included. Read about the ServiceNow integration.
