Anytime Mailbox is a virtual mailbox service that also offers mail centers, business centers and coworking operators a private-label platform and a listing in its public location directory. For an operator, joining brings customers found through its marketing, and Anytime Mailbox handles invoicing and collections for those mailboxes.
Some operators prefer a different model. They want software they run themselves, with clients who sign up with them, are billed through their own systems, and see only their brand.
What to look for in an alternative

Where Traizr is different
Software only
Traizr is software for the operator. It does not sell mailboxes to the public or list your location in a directory. Your clients sign up with you, and you set your own prices. It also means Traizr does not bring you new clients, so this suits operators who already have them or market themselves.
Your brand in front of your clients
The platform and the app can carry your organisation's own identity, so clients see your business when they are told about their mail.
Records you can bill from
Each item is photographed and logged on arrival, and every scan, forward, shred and collection is recorded against it. Usage reporting shows the work done per client over any date range, with postage, so you can invoice through your own systems.
Letters, parcels and collections together
The same app handles parcels for building tenants and post for virtual office clients. Collection in person closes with a QR scan, a signature or a photo, with a time and a name.
What a move actually involves
Staff use the Traizr app on a phone, so no dedicated scanning hardware is needed. The work is importing your mailboxes and clients and agreeing your policies. Most sites are logging real deliveries within the same week, and we do the setup with you rather than leaving you a guide.
