Frequently asked questions
How does Traizr work for care homes?
Reception or duty staff scan each incoming parcel on a smartphone using the Traizr app. The system matches it to the right resident, room, or family contact and sends an email notification to nominated staff. When the parcel is handed over, it is signed for digitally, which leaves a full audit trail against the resident record.
Residents and families worry about parcels going missing. How does Traizr help?
Every delivery is logged against the correct resident the moment it arrives, with a photo and timestamp. Families can be reassured that their items are tracked from the front door to the resident’s room. If a question is ever raised, the full history can be pulled in seconds.
How does Traizr support safeguarding and CQC evidence?
Every scan, transfer, and handover is recorded with a signature, photo, and timestamp. This gives registered managers a clear, auditable trail for safeguarding reviews and CQC inspections. Reports can be exported at any time to evidence the process in place.
Can Traizr cover a full group of care homes?
Yes. Traizr supports unlimited sites from one account, with separate dashboards per home and a group-wide view for operations directors. Home-level staff only see their own residents, while head office can compare every site.
Our care staff rotate and agency cover is common. Is Traizr easy to use?
Yes. The scanning workflow is a few taps on a smartphone and most staff are confident after a short walkthrough. Agency and night shift cover can be onboarded in minutes, which matters when rotas change at short notice.
