Traizr Mail, Parcel and Virtual Office Management Platform 1:03

Parcels rarely go missing. They get put down somewhere by someone who was busy, and nobody writes it down. By the time anyone asks, the person who took the delivery in has gone home, the notebook says "3 boxes, reception", and there is no way to show who ended up with what.

Traizr closes that gap. Every item is logged the moment it arrives, the right person is told straight away, and the handover is captured with a QR scan, a signature or a photo. Nothing leaves the shelf without a name and a timestamp against it.

The courier's job ends at your front door. Everything after that - which floor it went to, who signed, who actually walked off with it - is the part buildings cannot normally answer. That is what internal mail tracking means, and the product tour walks through the same ground in writing if you would rather read than watch.

What it fixes

Three things that cost real time in almost every building.

  • Manual logging Paper logs and spreadsheets replaced by one digital record

    The logbook goes

Handwritten books and shared spreadsheets come out of the process entirely. A phone reads the barcode the courier already stuck on the label, and that scan is the record - so nobody is asked to do an extra step, which is why it sticks.

  • Chasing Recipients notified automatically instead of chasing reception

    People stop ringing reception

Recipients hear the moment their item is logged, with a QR code and where to collect it. The "has anything arrived for me?" traffic that eats a front desk's morning largely disappears.

  • Lost parcels Proof of collection settling a disputed delivery

    "I never got it" ends

Every collection closes with proof and a timestamp, so a disputed delivery is a ten second lookup rather than an afternoon of asking around. In practice the arguments stop happening rather than get won.
