About SEUR

SEUR is one of Spain's leading express-delivery companies and part of the international Geopost/DPDgroup network. It handles both domestic Spanish deliveries and cross-border international parcels, and is a common way goods reach offices, campuses and residential buildings across Spain.

SEUR's Predict service gives recipients an estimated delivery window with SMS and email notifications, and its network of Pickup points (partner shops and lockers) provides an alternative when nobody is available to receive a parcel at the address.

SEUR tracking number formats

A SEUR reference - the expedition or parcel number - is commonly around 13 digits with no letters. You will find it on your SEUR notification (SMS or email), or in the sender's dispatch confirmation.

SEUR tracking statuses explained

  • Registered (Registrado)SEUR has the shipment data and the parcel has entered the network, but it may not have moved yet.
  • In transit (En tránsito)The parcel is moving between SEUR hubs and delivery depots. Expect quiet gaps between scans.
  • Out for delivery (En reparto)The item is on the delivery van for the day and should arrive within the Predict window.
  • Delivered (Entregado)Handed over at the address. For businesses this means reception or the mailroom received it - not yet the named recipient.
  • Awaiting collectionHeld at a SEUR Pickup point after a failed delivery. Bring ID and the reference, and note the collection deadline.
  • Delivery attemptedSEUR tried to deliver but nobody was available. It will usually retry or move the parcel to a Pickup point.

SEUR tracking FAQs

How do I track a SEUR parcel?

Enter your SEUR reference number - usually around 13 digits - into the tracker above. You'll see each scan from when SEUR registers the item (Registrado) through transit to delivery (Entregado). The reference is on your SEUR notification or the sender's dispatch email.

What does a SEUR tracking number look like?

A SEUR reference (the expedition or parcel number) is commonly around 13 digits with no letters. You'll find it in the SEUR delivery notification, an SMS or email, or on the sender's dispatch confirmation.

What is SEUR Predict?

SEUR Predict is SEUR's notification service that gives you an estimated delivery window and lets you change how or when your parcel is delivered - for example rescheduling the day, leaving instructions, or redirecting it to a Pickup point.

Where do I collect a SEUR parcel?

If delivery isn't possible, SEUR often sends the parcel to a nearby Pickup point (a partner shop or locker). The tracking shows it awaiting collection there; bring ID and the reference, and check the deadline before it's returned to sender.

Can Traizr track SEUR deliveries into my building?

Yes. Traizr tracks parcels once they reach your building: staff scan each SEUR item in, the recipient is notified automatically, and a signature is captured on collection - a complete chain of custody from courier to recipient.

Common SEUR tracking problems

Missed delivery, moved to Pickup

After a failed attempt SEUR often redirects the parcel to a Pickup SEUR point. The tracking shows the location; take ID and the reference and collect before the deadline.

Changing the delivery window

If SEUR Predict gave you a slot that doesn't suit, use the Predict notification to reschedule the day, add instructions or divert the parcel - before it goes out for delivery.

Delivery attempted while out

“En reparto” then a failed attempt usually means nobody was available. SEUR retries or moves it to a Pickup point - at a business, check reception first.

International parcel handoff

Cross-border items pass between DPDgroup partners and SEUR. Tracking can pause during the handover; give it a working day before assuming a problem.

What happens after “Delivered”?

For a home address, delivery is the end of the story. For an office, university, hospital or apartment building, it's only halfway: the parcel has reached the door, but it still has to travel from reception to the person it's actually for. That internal leg is invisible to SEUR - and it's where parcels most often go missing.

Traizr picks up exactly where the SEUR scan ends, giving your building the same visibility for the internal journey that SEUR gives for the external one.

How Traizr tracks SEUR deliveries inside your building
